    Is surprise to find this silly mistake in s'pore.



    Perfectionist or unco-orperative?

    DO u consider urself a perfectionist or someone who is unco-operative. I personally lov to do something all by myself. The reason being is that i would like to delive a perfect piece. I don't wish to hav any flaws during the process of doing a job, is not that i don't trust pp , is just pp tend not to obey to instruction which end up spolit everything. And most importantly, they will nv admit is they fault. And i hav to clear up all those mess. As a result, i'm into depression. erm may be not depression but just ending up feeling stressful & upsad.

    Today, someone said this " A gd leader has to be strict & demanding in order to see a result".

    I strongly agree w this, infact during my 2 yr working experience, i sincerely feel, it is true that the top most vital criteria to be a gd leader has to be "Strict & demanding".

    Lastly, i would say, don't ever use "I don't know " as an excuse.
    I hate this phrase greatly.
    Don't know is not an excuse, if you don't know something, kindly go and find out, or go and learn.
    Don't try to be lazy, u just being an useless idiot.
